Using the Zoom app, we offer CBT online with high security and quality. The only equipment you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

How does CBT online work?

In the first session, we will discuss what you’re seeking therapy for and what you hope to achieve. At the end of the session, we will explain how we can help you.

Analysis and goal setting

Therapy begins with conversations and analysis to create understanding and clarify what you need to do to achieve change. Based on that, we set goals for the therapy.

Using practical tools and exercises, you'll get support in acting in ways that gradually help you move toward your goals.

How do I join the video call?
You will receive a video link via email that you can simply click to join the call at the scheduled time.

Who is my therapist?
After booking your first session, you’ll receive an email with a short introduction to your therapist.

How much does each session cost?
Each session (60 minutes) costs 1250 SEK and can be paid via Swish at the end of the session or afterward by invoice.

How do I cancel or reschedule a session?
You can easily cancel or reschedule a session by contacting us. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged at full price.
