After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email along with a Zoom link. That same link is used to join the video session at your scheduled time. No app is required—just click the link to join.
3. Your First Session
In the first session, you'll share why you're seeking couples therapy, what challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve. The therapist will guide you through the structure and help you decide if you want to continue.
4. Planning and Goal Setting
