About the first session

With the support of the therapist’s questions, you will have the opportunity to talk about yourself and what you would like help with. The therapist will then explain how they can help and suggest a plan for continued therapy.

You can take time to reflect on the proposal after the session. If you decide to continue with therapy, you can contact the therapist to book your next session.

How to book:

  1. Choose a date and time that suits you in the calendar on this page. Then enter your name and email address and click the Book button.
  2. You will receive a confirmation, an introduction to your therapist, and the link you need to join the session by email.
  3. You can then easily join the session by clicking the link and following the instructions on a computer, tablet, or mobile phone.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so free of charge up until the scheduled time via our contact form.
